Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of the DAY1WORK website, registration forms, candidate profiles, employer tools, partner tools and related services.

01

About DAY1WORK

The Platform is operated by Afiaera Europe SIA, registration number 40203750854, Līvciema iela 57–134, Rīga, LV-1058, Latvia.

02

Nature of the Platform

DAY1WORK helps employers, workers and approved partners exchange structured workforce requirements and candidate information, coordinate assessments and manage readiness stages. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, DAY1WORK is not automatically the employer, temporary-work agency, immigration authority, visa decision-maker, legal adviser or guarantor of either party.

03

No guarantee

DAY1WORK does not guarantee a vacancy, interview, selection, employment contract, start date, salary, visa, residence permit, work authorisation, relocation outcome, candidate performance or availability.

04

User responsibilities

Workers must submit only true, current information they have authority to provide. Employers remain responsible for lawful selection, employment terms, pay, taxes, social security, health and safety, work authorisations and sponsorship duties. Partners must maintain all registrations, licences and authorisations required for their activities.

05

Verification and matching

Verification status describes the check performed and information available at that time. It does not certify future conduct, replace legal checks or guarantee document authenticity. Technology may structure profile data, translate submissions, identify missing information and suggest matches; users must review outputs before relying on them.

06

Work authorisation and acceptable use

A person may work only when applicable immigration, employment, qualification and registration requirements are satisfied. Users must not use false documents, undeclared work, work outside permit conditions, scraping, spam, unlawful discrimination, harassment, trafficking, bribery, sanctions evasion or document fraud.
